It Starts With Stillness

Maybe you’ve been carrying questions — about how

you’re actually doing, what you want, or who you are

Maybe you're noticing how some things that used to

feel easy are becoming more challenging by the day

Maybe you’re stuck ruminating about your past and

future, all while watching your present pass you by

Or maybe you spend too much time in your head in

general, and want to externalize some of that energy

No matter where you are or what brought you here,

moving forward starts with stillness

A Bit About Me & QB

Hi, I'm Pushp: a qualifying psychotherapist with a background in philosophy, and a practice built on a foundation of authenticity and stillness.

Hi, I'm Pushp: a qualifying psychotherapist with a background in philosophy, and a practice built on a foundation of authenticity and stillness.

I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques to help you cut through the chaos and make sense of your internal world.

My aim is to help you organize and distill your thoughts into a plan that’s realistic, actionable, and built around what matters most to you.

Therapy Demystified

Therapy has become a familiar part of pop culture and everyday conversation—yet its purpose and process are often misunderstood. This section offers some clarity and invites reflection on what it truly means to seek support.

What Therapy isn't

Therapy isn't chasing the epiphany that transforms your life overnight. It’s also not a stranger prying into your past to deliver hard truths. And it's definitely not generic advice from an eloquent guy in glasses.

What Therapy is

Therapy is a collaborative process that invites you to view yourself through a curious and compassionate lens. It’s an honest dialogue guided by someone who prioritizes understanding over judgment—and clarity over chaos.

Session Coordination Form

This form is optional and not a commitment to therapy. It’s here to help me better understand client interest and availability, so I can plan my physical office schedule more thoughtfully.

If you have any questions or concerns about beginning therapy, you're welcome to contact me via email, phone, or text — or by submitting the contact form available on the next page.

I appreciate you visiting my practice and for reading this far. When you're ready, you can tap anywhere on this note to dismiss it and begin coordinating your care with Quiet Bloom.
